1. Do we service in your area?


Ans. Yes we do, currently we are operating in Durgapur and deliver in almost 40 different locations of Durgapur . Please check with the Area/Pin code option and we will be happy to deliver the goods to you.

2. Is there any service charge for the delivery?
Ans. We do not put any service charge if you order minimum value of Rs. 499. If you wish to get something below Rs.499, a convenience charge of Only Rs 30 is added.

3. Can I shop on weekends and get my grocery delivery?
Ans. Yes we are currently operating 7 days a week and we will be happy to deliver the products at your doorstep while you enjoy the weekend with your family.

4. If I am not available in home at the time of delivery, then what?
Ans. Although we ask for the time of delivery when you will place the order but our delivery executive will also confirm before we dispatch your delivery.

5. How do I track my deliveries?
Ans. We will update you on every step via email or sms regarding your delivery. Still you want to check then login in our site and track your order.

6. Will anybody contact me for the delivery delays?
Ans. We will not delay in deliveries but if so than yes we will inform you about the same.

7. Is there any possibility of same day delivery?
Ans. Yes we do the same day delivery if you will place the order before service time. Kindly check our Delivery & Order Slots. After that we will deliver to you in the slot provided by you.

8. What is the delivery timing?
Ans. We deliver in the pre-defined two slots which are available to you while you place the order.

9. Can I change my delivery slot or can I cancel the order?
Ans. Yes you can change the delivery slot or also can cancel the order by calling our customer care team at least 3 hours before the delivery.

10. What all payment options are available?
Ans. You can pay with the options like Cash on Delivery, Online Payments via Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking, You can also use Food Coupons and Meal Pass.

11. Is there any surcharge or tax added after the invoice is made?
Ans. Prices shown are inclusive of all taxes and there is no surcharge added to the invoice.

12. Do my credit card and debit card are safe after using on your website?
Ans. Yes they are absolutely safe. Our payment gateway solution is strictly following the RBI guidelines and our Website Is SSL Certified.

13. Do you do bulk order or corporate supplies?
Ans. Yes we do deliver to the offices, restaurants, hotels, institutes or schools. Please contact us on care@basketuncle.com.

14. I have to give you some suggestions or suggest new product, what should I do?
